How are cell leaders qualified? We provide training through our leadership cells and our cell leader training course. The steps to become a leader include: church membership, cell attendance, attending an Encounter God weekend, participating in a leadership cell and a personal interview.
Why do often we discuss last Sunday’s sermon during the cell meeting? To bring unity to the body and to help new believers understand and to apply the word to our everyday lives.
How do groups multiply? A cell multiplies when members of a cell catch the vision, take the training and are commissioned by the church as cell leaders.
What is a “Leadership Cell”? A leadership cell is a cell made up of cell leaders and meets every week or every other week. This is where we train our cell leaders and hold each other accountable to the spiritual disciplines.
