Prayer is absolutely vital to healthy personal and corporate growth within the church.  It sustains the momentum of the church by releasing the Holy Spirit to work on behalf of the purposes of God!  The lack of prayer causes us to fall back on our own abilities and skills moving us to become self-reliant.  Our purpose and goal is to rely on God and His directives first.  When prayer precedes abilities and skills it ensures that the ministry that happens at SCC endures for eternity!!

Prayer Partners

We are looking for volunteers who believe in prayer and have a conviction to pray for the staff. This involves one meeting per month as a group and on your own during the week. 

Weekend Intercession

Weekend Intercession involves becoming a part of a team that prays through the Saturday 7:00 pm service and the Sunday 9:00 am service. Sign up for either one or two services a month or all of them! The prayer times last for one hour and fifteen minutes and take place in The Prayer Room.
