Core Values
Core values are not something you decide to do or decide to have – they’re something you identify. They’re not something you make up, rather they’re part of who you are. Several years ago, we went through a rigorous process as a church leadership team of identifying the core values that drive our church. Over a 2 year period we identified 10 core values which propel everything we do; 10 values which already saturated every ministry at Southland. If you want to know who we are, get to know this list – our heart as a church beats to its rhythm.
