Going Deeper

What is Going Deeper?
Going Deeper, with its three parts (Deeper Kids, Deeper 56 and Deeper Jr. High) is what was formally known as D6 and the Plunge. We decided to rename both programs so that it would better reflect what we actually do and so that we don’t leave people guessing about this “mysterious” Wednesday Night Ministry. KidzLand, Supercell and After School Cells (the new jr. high cell network launching in September 2011) are organized and designed to minister to EVERYONE at any level and at any place on their journey with God. Going Deeper on the other hand is NOT designed for everyone. Deeper Kids, Deeper 56 and Deeper Jr. High are all designed to build into a core group of students to intentionally teach them to fear, love and serve the Lord with their whole lives! Not only will we teach many truths from scripture, we will provide lots of time to help one another walk out what we are learning. This is a place where we have intentionally raised the bar in order to teach and call students along with their families to build God’s kingdom. With this vision in mind, we have set some pretty high standards for the requirements below – and we think that’s a really good thing!
Going Deeper will meet on Wednesdays from 6:30-8:15 from September 7, 2011 – April 25, 2012.
If you are interested in signing your child up forGoing Deeper, fill out the application attached and return it to Monique Desorcy (Deeper Kids) or Amy Unger (Deeper 56 or Deeper Jr. High) no later than May 31st.
