Children's Ministry
What is our mission for these precious children?To intentionally partner with their Creator & their parents in helping these little ones become the BEST they can be!
This is our mission whether they are 1 week or 9 years old. We are very proud of our volunteers who work hard to implement this mission every single week! 'KIDzLAND' is available for all children ages 0 to grade 4 at our services. If you’re new to Southland, register your children at our KIDzLAND Info Centre where we would love to meet you and answer any questions you might have. KIDzLAND opens 15 minutes before each service.
As we highly value safety in our children’s ministry, we are diligent in the use of our scanning and name tag system where kids & parents receive matching numbers to confirm their relationship when kids are later retrieved. This also allows us to be in contact with you during the service in case your child needs you. We also screen our team of volunteers through a process of application forms, criminal record checks, interviews and also have open concept rooms with windows that everyone remain in view of each other.We have 2 main areas for your kids.
